Binder Miniature Connectors
Binder’s range of miniature connectors offers users excellent choice and design flexibility but still within a compact size. As with the sub-miniature range, several locking styles are available: push-pull, snap-in, bayonet and M16 screw locking. Similarly, there are a wide range of contact styles to choose from, with crimp, solder and dip solder versions and the added option of screw clamp contacts.
Miniature connectors are available with environmental sealing to IP67, EMI/RFI protection and overmoulded cables for ease of use and guaranteed performance. With the increase in size from the sub-miniature range comes an increase in capability and performance, resulting in connectors with up to 24 contacts, lower contact layouts able to handle 7A per contacts, and bayonet connectors operating at over 5000 mating cycles.
Finally, the 8 way X-coded M16 range can handle data transmission speeds of up to 10Gbits/second.
