Comprehensive array of high speed interconnects including quadrax and twinax connectors. We manufacturing to the following protocols: Fibre Channel, Ethernet Firewire, USB, DVI and InfiniBand. Quadrax and twinax contacts are designed for transmission of Ethernet, high speed signal in harsh environments where integrity and reliability are essential. Consisting of an outer shield and either two (twinax) or four (quadrax) inner contacts, the high speed copper contacts can be setup in a number of formats including MIL-DTL-38999, ARINC 600, MIL-DTL-83527 and D Sub-miniature.

Arinc 801 Fibre Optic Terminus:

  • General use design (no strain relief back-shell needed), with Low loss, low back reflection.
  • Standard 1.25 mm ferrule and sleeve.
  • Cable termination identical to LC connector process.
  • Easy cleaning access to the contact through removable alignment sleeve holder.
  • Standard MIL-DTL-38999 and ARINC 600 Size 16 insertion/removal tool.

Expanded Beam Fibre Optic Terminus:

  • Fits standard size 12 contact cavities for MIL-DTL-38999.
  • Multimode applications 50/125 and 62.5/125.
  • Increased protection for fibre face. Reduced influence from dirt, debris and vibration.
  • Simple cleaning.
  • Insertion loss: 1.0 dB (Typical).

Fibre Channel D-Sub Connectors:

  • Fits standard size 12 contact cavities for MIL-DTL-38999.
  • Multimode applications 50/125 and 62.5/125.

  • High frequency performance. Spring loaded for optimum contact mating force.

KVPX Series Connectors:

  • High Speed up to 16 Gbps. Compatible with VITA 46, 47 and 78 (Space) standards.
  • Flexible modular design for standard 3U and 6U as well as custom configurations.
  • Faceplate to Protect Daughtercard Pins; Press-fit termination.
  • Contact Positions: 50 to 100, 101 to 150. Pitch: 1.0 to 2.0 mm.
  • Contact Termination: Press Fit.
  • Nominal Current: 1A to 3A.

Low Loss Coaxial Series Connectors:

  • Extended Crimp Barrel for added strain relief for tight bend radii applications.
  • Extremely low VSWR 1.15:1 up to 18 GHz.
  • Moisture resistant sealing. IP 67 compliant in mated pair condition.

Micro Quadrax/Twinax Connectors:

  • Micro twinax available in threaded, quick disconnect, SMA and Micro-D size packages.
  • 25% smaller in diameter than SMA coaxial connectors.
  • Controlled impedance with tightly spaced PCB footprint spacing.
  • Cable assembly options available.

Micro-D Twinax (MDTX) Connectors:

  • Twinax blindmate assemblies fitted into a low-profile metalized Micro-D style shell.
  • High speed signaling capable of 100 Ohm differential pair matched impedance.
  • Maximum space utilization, ultra miniature size and high vibration capability.
  • Extremely light weight and modular with true signal integrity.

MIL-DTL-38999 Quadrax/Twinax Connectors:

  • Metal, Aluminium or Alloy shell connectors.
  • Integrates EMI filter into MIL-STD platform for robust EMI equipment protection in a space saving design.
  • Inter-mateable and interchangeable with the standard non-filtered connectors.

MIL-DTL-38999 Shell Styles 20 & 26 Quadrax Connectors:
