FIBOX ARCA Cabinets
The ARCA is an injection-moulded wall-mount enclosure made from glassfiber reinforced polycarbonate.
Available in sizes from 12”x 8”x 6” (300x200x150) up to 32”x 24”x 12” (800x600x300), UL Type 4, 4x, 12 &13, IP66-rated and suitable for outdoor use (>25 years UV exposure) Corrosion Resistant and offers the strength of steel at a fraction of the weight.
The modular accessories are fast and easy to install, saving time and money. Unlike comparable GRP (polyester) enclosures, ARCA won’t delaminate (bloom) or lose strength when installed outdoors.
Glass reinforced polycarbonate body & door - Rust proof, resilient
- Enclosure fully insulated up to 1500V per 2006/95/EC. Safe even after internal equipment failure
- 100% rust + corrosion free, even after drilling/cutting. Easy to drill and cut without special tools
- RF transparent, ideal for IoT/telemetry ,Wi-Fi applications. Antennas can remain in box, no risk of damage
- Does not deform after impact, unlike sheet steel enclosures. Maintains NEMA, IP rating aesthetics after impact
UV tested to 25 years - Strength for life
- UV stabilized according to UL 508 (F1) – ideal for outdoor use. Long maintenance-free life, lowers TCO
- Does not delaminate or dry out like other plastics such as GRP or ABS.
- Install and forget about enclosure degrading. Maintains good aesthetics over lifetime
Double corner design wall mount locations = Strength
- Wall mounting holes outside gasketed area – ingress protected. Equipment protection maintained at all times
- Provides additional strength and rigidity. Can install in high risk and high vibration areas
- Can mount empty or populated enclosure. Flexibility can save time and money
High ingress protection (UL 4x, 12 &13, IP66)
- Watertight, in all directions when installed correctly. Can be used anywhere - Indoor/Outdoor
- Mounting holes are outside the NEMA, IP rated area. Maintains perfect seal, won’t leak or allow water/dust ingress

IK10 impact resistance - Highest possible rating
- Equivalent to leading steel enclosures. Maintains shape after impact
- Strength of steel at a fraction of the weight
- Out performs fiberglass (GRP)
