Rail Plug and Play kits

Sourcing individual components for trackside signalling takes time. Aerco’s Plug and Play kits bring everything needed together, helping you save time and effort with no minimum order quantity.

Aerco holds a full inventory of approved parts detailed in Network Rail harness drawings referenced by SE-SK numbers.

The range includes connectors, backshell adaptors, heatshrink boots, protective caps, contacts, gaskets, filler plugs and dummy contacts, making it easier to source the complete set of components.

The core component is the ABCRIH connector from TT Electronics AB Connectors, which supplies rail connectivity solutions for power distribution and data transfer, with applications spanning rolling stock, inter-car jumpers and trackside signalling and control equipment.

Its ABCIRH connector range is fully approved by Network Rail for connecting cables to lineside signalling equipment under NR/L2/SIG/30027. This approval allows the range to be used by companies supplying trackside equipment, including Plug and Play couplers, disconnection boxes and signalling equipment components.
