The Mil-PP connector from TT Electronics AB Connectors

In partnership with TT Electronics AB Connectors, Aerco introduces the lightest push-pull connector available in the marketplace today.

The Mil-PP employs a patented Delta Clip retention system and positive key to keyway alignment, ensuring easy and secure mating even in blind mate situations.  

Made from aerospace grade aluminium alloy, the connector’s design is both compact and robust, leading to significant weight savings of up to 35% over its nearest competitive product. The largest shell size is less than 17mm in diameter and can accommodate up to 30 contacts, making it an extremely flexible option for engineers and designers looking for the best solution to manage multiple data transmission requirements.

Fully immersion proof and sealed to IP68 it can handle a minimum of 5000 mating operations. The shells have a non-reflective RoHS compliant black finish and have successfully passed the 1000 hour salt spray test, giving users complete confidence in the most demanding of environments.

Designed for high-speed data transmission and signalling for man-portable electronic systems in defence applications, such as helmet systems, PDAs and radio communication, the user-friendly design is extremely robust and highly reliable.
