ITT Cannon’s Ultra-High Temperature Micro-MDM F300 Series is designed specifically to meet these challenges, offering proven reliability in compact, lightweight packaging.

Tested to operate continuously at 230°C for 500 hours, the F300 Series exceeds the demanding requirements of the MIL-DTL-83513 specification. Each connector combines stainless-steel shells, high-temperature Liquid Crystal Polymer insulators, and PTFE-jacketed nickel-plated copper wire to ensure consistent performance where standard microminiature connectors would fail. The design incorporates ITT Cannon’s high-reliability Micro twist-pin contacts, ensuring secure signal transmission and durability through 500 mating cycles.

Developed with over two decades of ITT experience in high-temperature connector design, the Ultra-High Temp Micro-MDM is ideal for critical cable-to-cable applications across oil and gas exploration, aerospace systems, and industrial equipment operating in extreme conditions. Its compact form factor enables space-efficient integration without compromising strength or reliability.

The F300 joins ITT Cannon’s proven Micro-MDM range, which includes solutions rated from 125°C to 230°C, giving engineers a full spectrum of options to match application demands.
