For more demanding vehicle installations, Xtra-Guard 4 uses TPE insulation and jacketing for advanced chemical performance and extended temperature capability, and Xtra-Guard 5 offers FEP insulation and jacket materials for maximum resistance to fuels, solvents and hazardous operating conditions.

Shielded options, including Alpha Wire’s Supra-Shield® foil and braid construction, help protect sensitive vehicle systems from EMI/RFI noise, supporting reliable communications, command and control, radar, target acquisition, automated weapons control, IED and mine detection, and unmanned vehicle platforms.
